When Anger Writes the Reply | Krishna on the Restless Mind

Can awareness interrupt anger before it becomes a reply? In Bhagavad Gita 6.34, Arjuna describes the mind as restless, turbulent, powerful, and difficult to restrain—as hard to control as the wind. In 6.35, Krishna answers with abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (detachment). This short brings that exchange into an ordinary modern moment: the phone is face down, but the argument continues inside your head. Awareness begins when a familiar thought stops becoming an automatic action.
